Emoticon OC Heart Project 2013

Hello there! =I-is-smart and I (=litecrush) are your co-hosts and we welcome you to the Emoticon OC Heart Project! This project will continue until the end of February but it is primarily for Valentines Day! Your entries will be icons to give to your friends. Spread the love!

Instead of like last year where I gave points to projects, this time I'll be making doodles of your OCs! For each person that enters, I'll draw your emote OC and the OCs you feature in your entry! The drawings will appear in this deviation after each update. c: If you want you can even request an item for me to add in.


Guidelines (please read):

If you want you may re-colour the template but please keep the template present in your entry.
Your entry must have an emoticon original character (OC) in it. You may add more than one.
Animated or static entries are allowed. I won't be adding the animated versions to the project but I will add a static version of them.
Anyone is allowed to enter!
Please do not note us your entry. Please comment!
Also please comment if you are going to make an entry for a specific person! This will possibly prevent duplicates if everyone checks the comments before they make an entry.
